Saturday Bash's - Throw Ball and Shuttle

This Saturday is going to be another bash. Every alternate Saturdays though we call it a working Saturday, Our boss makes it a point that each employee comes and participates in fun activities. And this week its going to be in the Nehru Stadium, we girls are going to play Shuttle and Throw ball.

Though I don't know to play... I grab every opportunity and make sure to embarrass myself until I learn it.
