YES! The fear or knowledge.

Some times it is very tough to keep up to date with the speed that knowledge travels. Whichever programming language I begin to learn there are already a few masters out there.

I always loved to have open discussion about my doubts. But always hesitate thinking what if I make a fool of myself.

Some times I try to participate in development forums. when I don't get a reply. I get dejected. I am afraid of people who do great blogging like research on SEO, great programming.

That's my confession. :)

My daughter stumbled upon our marriage CD's this evening. Now she is walking around the house with some serious doubts.

She wants to know "How could I get married without her consent".

She specifically wants to know why I married her father in particular???

Well I always do. When you are in management, and you know the company is under a slow time, need to do something best to bring in the business in-flow.

It was thrice in a row that I didn't see him in his workplace. So I asked... "Why is the person missing in his workplace for a long time".

After few hours he comes in storming

"When did you ever see me out of my place. Why are you accusing me wrongly". He became really emotional, and stormed out with the same speed

???

Either he is completely ignorant or he is too courageous to commit a theft when we have 15+ cameras wired around the company.

We had to take an hard decision. First we asked him to leave the job. Then I gave a final warning for him to repent for suspension until month end.

Finally my boss gave him a 3 day suspension.

I asked him why should he be so lenient...

As a boss I should think of a lot of things. Cannot take abrupt reasons.

Being in this position means to face

The moment I knew, I am having a baby girl when she was 7 months in my stomach, it churned my heart with fear as to how am I going to raise her in this treacherous world.

Girl child become easy targets for evil men. I am in a greater responsibility to protect her till she comes to an age where she can handle herself.

Some times when I think too much about it... I get too scared.

A lot of events shook me with the latest being:

3 girls, allegedly raped, found dead in India well
5 men confess to gang-raping Swiss tourist in India
23-year-old physiotherapy student was gang raped in a moving bus
5-year-old girl who was raped in New Delhi.

Om Shivaya Namah. I trust in God. Teach children good habits. Always have an eye on them. With working full time, I completely rely on my Parents and her father in growing her. With 10 hours being away from her. Once done with work I quickly run back to her.

I so glad I have son younger to her. I have a lots of hope that in future he will look after her sister and support her in this huge world.
